Ensure the product is packed back in its original packaging with all of its components and a copy of the reciept.
Once we recieve your details we will send you instructions for the return.
Once we receive the goods in to our warehouse we will evaluate the claim an exchange or refund will be issued.(please note refunds can take up to 5 business days).
