Refunds Policy
At Heatpump Specialists, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept returns within 7 days of the purchase date.
To be eligible for a refund, the item must be in its original condition and packaging, with all accessories and tags included. You will also need to provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation email.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used to make the purchase. Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.
If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 24hours of receiving the item. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, depending on your preference.
In some cases, we may offer store credit instead of a refund. This will be at our discretion and will depend on the circumstances of the return.
